How it works
Return your item within 30-days of purchase to receive 100% credit. After 30-days there is a 15% restocking fee. All sales are final after 180 days.
- Items must be in new condition
- Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories
- Special order and custom-made products, as well as food, drink and medicinal items are not returnable
- Products that have writing on the package or carton are non-returnable
- Products where the packaging has been torn or cut open it leaving the manufacturer’s packaging damaged, particularly inkjet and toner cartridges, are non-returnable
